Nearby, Alexander Martinez was celebrating his 30th birthday at the Shore Restaurant. Just before 2 A.M., Kwame ran into the Martinez (cake in tow) on the street and allegedly grabbed the cake from his hands and threw it at him.
The pastry apparently cost $190 and measured 2 feet-by-2 feet. The Hermosa Beach city prosecutor has decided not to press charges.
OK, two thoughts:
1) Who gets a cake that big and expensive?
2) Anyone who does probably deserves to have it thrown at them.

the dude having his birthday was diabetic and kwame heard about how dude was going to eat the cake.so kwame has this alter ego superhero thing called the ''eggplanterman''so he did grab it and dude started to freak and brown told dude to kwalme down and that if he would shut up hed give dude a $50 gift certificate to frys electronics that eggplanterman gives to all the people he helps .dude kept yelling @ brown that hed just shot 1 cc of humilog insulin and he wanted the cake so brown tried to hand the cake back but thats when a midget hooker chick jumped out of it sending bits and pieces all over allong with frys gift certificate.then kwalme ran to limo cuz it was headed for hyperion street where the men go to unwind if you get my drift .and dude got cake ,hooker midget,and gift cert.talk about getting yer cake and eating it to eh.as for brown... no good deed goes unpunished.
