Artest to Return to Kings

Earlier today, it was mere conjecture. Now, it's official. The increasingly problematic Ron Artest will rejoin his Kings teammates for Sunday's game against Denver:
The Sacramento Kings will allow Ron Artest to return to the team, five days after his arrest on suspicion of domestic violence.

The Kings called a news conference for Saturday afternoon to discuss the return of the controversial forward after missing two games.
Important to note: tomorrow's tilt will be seen by millions on ABC. From a public relations perspective, it's a prime opportunity to give the impression that everything is okay. For both fans and prospective trade destinations for Artest. On the other hand, maybe they just wanted to get him back ASAP, before this did balloon out of control. Artest may be a problem, but this latest charge is hardly anything new in professional sports.

Unlikely the Kings organization will answer any of this in the press conference, but stay tuned just in case.
