John Amaechi endorsements notwithstanding, the NBA is seeing less and less shiny scalps these days. Our friends at The New York Times have picked up on The Fanhouse's NBA Hair Watch and declared that NBA hair is officially in. The time is right for the leauge to capitalize on the trend and launch its own hair gel brand. Endorsements from our hairier NBA brothers will get this party started.

Andris Biedrins (Warriors): "I've grown several inches since I started using the stuff. Dunk you very much, NBA Gel!"

Andrei Kirilenko (Jazz): "By using NBA Gel I've cut my hair-preparation time from 37 to 29 minutes."

Steve Nash (Suns): "NBA Gel is finger-licking good!"
