Zach Randolph has been less than a model citizen during his time in Portland, and this latest incident definitely won't be helping to improve that reputation. The Portland Tribune is reporting that Randolph was spotted at a strip club late Tuesday night, after a game in which he did not play in due to being granted a "bereavement leave" from the team to attend a funeral.

Not only was Randolph spotted at the strip club, but it appears that he also enjoyed a few libations and other um, entertainment, before skipping out without paying his tab:

"He didn't pay his tab - $106," said John, a bartender who wasn't working Tuesday night but had the story related to him by others. "He'll make it up to (the waitress), though." The club manager, Joel (he asked his last name not be used), confirmed the account.

"He was here, just for a minute," the manager said.

What time was Randolph at the club? "Late," Joel said.

What about Randolph's unpaid bill? "He just forgot," Joel said. "He'll pay it next time."

The amount of the tab is nothing compared to what other athletes are rumored to spend in these types of places, but I love the confidence of the manager that Randolph will definitely be back. Blazers' coach Nate McMillan didn't immediately condemn Randolph's actions:

"He felt he needed to go. It's a death in the family ... you get a feel for what you need to do ... I'm not going to get into it any further."

I guess we all grieve the loss of a loved one in different ways.
