Courtesy of the experts over at The Basketball Jones, here's Thomas unleashing it all against the Hawks last night. These are some of the most unspeakably rad NBA highlights you'll ever see, and the irony of seeing Josh Smith victimized like this is not for the faint of mind. They'll make you embarrassed to have ever gawked at this earlier explosion of his.
Tyrus Thomas is actually starting to play well, but really, does that even matter?

That two-hander over Smith was insane. My friends and I used to play dunk ball on an 8-foot rim, where regular shots were two points but you got three points for a dunk. Wonder what that would be like in the NBA?

He's still a doofus; just another adolescent millionaire. Never forget his comment when invited to this year's Slam Dunk competition (judged by no less than Dr. J, MJ and 'Nique): "I'm just into the free money ... I'll just do whatever when I get out there." Purely N.C. -- no class. Luckily, he placed last in the Dunk.

Poster #3... Another self-righteous, Goodie-2-shoes, judge-of-all-character who can't just shut the hell up and appreciate a good play. -And who probably couldn't jump over a Hicktown USA Telephone Book.
Your jealousy of the undeniable fact that he is "another adolescent millionaire" is getting the best of your objectivity.
Is that all the average fan can come up with as a reason to hate someone is that a guy doesn't show their personal idea of what "class" should be? Some people expect that because these guys are lucky to even make something of their "lowly uneducated selves", they ought to walk timidly on eggshells, and not even say one word except "Thank you America."
This guy is How old? And he said what? It's not enough that they are watched with a legal microscope when they are off the court (As I am unaware of anything this kid has done to net him an arrest.)But now they are expected to say the exact same corney-ass lines in every interview, or they have "no class"!!!
Some people are never satisfied in their quest to label the ENTIRE NBA and NFL a bunch of "Classless Thugs" (With the exception of Brady, Eli, Peyton, and Steve Nash, of course.)
How predictable and how typical!

Impressive. But Vince Carter would call his dunks basic.

Well...while Vince's dunks are like a bejewelled sword, Ty Thomas's sledgehammers do the trick just as well.

I agree with number 4. And for number 3 he said that he was giving the money to his high school. I think a lot of people took what he was saying the wrong way.
