Clippers @ Lakers | 1st Qtr | 2nd Qtr | 3rd Qtr | 4th Qtr

- It's been way more Kobe than Brand so far, EB will have to assert himself if the Clippers are going to make a comeback.

- Kobe rules, has 48 now and the Lakers are NOT losing if Kobe drops 50, like, ever.

- Brand with the jam! From Cassell. Clippers running, and Brand misses the chance to cut it to three. That would have been big, and instead Vuja(expletive) hits a three. Tough series for the Clips.

- Kobe gets fouled and will head to the line to get his 50. Amazing.

- That's Kobe's 9th 50-point game this season. MVP is something else, but you can't convince me that Kobe's not the best player in the game right now.

- Brand rejects Bynum, and Maggette runs over Kobe, ball back to the Lakers.

- Cassell looked OK on that one, cuts the lead to 5.

- I TOLD YOU about Cassell in the 4th! Sam cuts it to three. OH and Sam just misses a three to tie it. But he gets the ball on a steal, gives it to Maggette who gets fouled and makes the shot! We have a ball game, folks.

- 10-0 run for the Clips to tie the game at 102. Maggette fouls Bynum and takes a knee in the package for it. Ouch.

- Thomas for three, the Clippers take the lead! Tim can't feel his face right now.

- TT again, lead to 4 for the Clips. This game has been crazy.

- Sam takes Smush! Timeout Lakers, Clippers lead by six. Sam cassell for MVP.

- BIG three by Smush. I'm surprised Kobe didn't shoot there.

- Really? The Lakers jacking threes is the best offense when you're trailing? SAM CASSELL!! If Cassell was healthy all year, the Clips would not be fighting for a playoff spot.

- Corey didn't take the timeout that Dunleavy wanted, and instead took it to the rack and got fouled. Maybe that's why he was in Dunleavy's dog house, dude doesn't listen. Kobe's missed a couple in a row, and the Clips have the ball up six with under two minutes to play.

- Sam Ca-freaking-sell. Extends the Clippers' lead to eight in a must win for them. Cassell > Kobe.

- Odom misses another three, and again a stupid offensive possession for the Lakers. You guys know that you have Kobe on your team, and that he could probably go to the basket and get to the free throw line, right?

- BALLGAME! Breakaway dunk for Maggette will give him 39 and the HUGE win for the Clippers. LAC is still alive for the playoffs (tied for the 8th spot with Golden State), and the Lakers will need a couple of wins themselves to get in. Kobe's 50 goes to waste as Sam Cassell returns to win it for the Clips. This was a good one, goodnight everybody.
