Here at The Fanhouse, we have covered the messy Joumana/Jason Kidd saga pretty extensively, and for the most part, things have been ugly. We've heard about Joumana allegedly attacking one of Jason's mistresses, Joumana allegedly planting tracking devices on her husband's cars and computers, and Joumana accusing Jason of having thrown a cookie at her.I'm happy to report that things are starting to look up for Joumana and Jason these days. According to Joumana, Jason and her are now "very cordial":
"He comes over all the time - we laugh and joke about it now and he's apologized a million times about how it happened," Joumana said.Joumana also stressed that the most important thing in all of this is for the couple's kids to see them getting along. With game 6 (and possibly game 7) coming up for the Nets in their series against the feisty Raptors, I imagine that Jason is happy to have the most unlikely of supporters in his corner.
"I wish the Nets great success, and I think they have a great chance to go all the way," she said. "I want him to do well and I want the Nets to win."

Jason should have removed that tracking device, then attached it to Richard Jefferson's car.... then Joumanji would have had to call RJ on his cell and constantly be like "Don't come over.... he's heading back to the house as we speak!"
The best part is that Joumanji would have bitched about it in divorce court, and probably would have drawn some financial benefit from "he used the tracking devices I planted on him to disrupt my adulterous affairs with his teammates."

SO HAPPY FOR THEM. Sometimes it takes a tragedy to make things better. I wish them the best and hope they stick together. Good for them for thinking of their kids.

I think they are awesome. It upset me to see them so upset with each other and to see things improving is a beautiful thing. I hope things keep getting better for them because their kids deserve it.

It's refreshing to see maturity from them.. I'm proud of Joumana for not resorting to the usual ex-wife BS, she really seems to be concerned about her kids and their view of their father, even if he has character flaws.

Finally, some maturity from these two. Ok, maybe it's not totally their faults that they have acted so immature, but still. And, I gotta say, i am proud of them and happy for them for trying to make things better, especially with 3 young kids at home. I feel bad for those kids.

for their sake, and especially their young children's sake, I hope these two get counseling/help. they owe it to themselves and their kids. i think it's great that they are getting along better, but it is very difficult to work through problems without that outside support.
