- The NBA has really relaxed that dress code thing I guess. Good thing for Nash, now he doesn't have to change when he heads to the Arctic Monkeys concert after the game.
- There's some of that Spurs defense I keep hearing about. If they continue to turn it over though and let the Suns shoot over 60%, they've really got no shot.
- Ra-Ra heating up, another three for him and the Suns extend the lead to 9 ... timeout Spurs.
- I know MJ rules and everything, but in that Hanes commercial he really looks like Kevin Bacon's life partner. Come on Mike, I know divorce is hell on the bank balances, but can't we stick to more masculine endorsements?
- You gotta love the late whistle from the outside official. That's what you call home cooking, folks.
- Mike Breen defending the call, saying that the guy furthest away often has the best angle. I know he has to shill for ABC, but I'm not buying it. Some of these officials can't even see that far, and if the guy under the basket doesn't make the call, let's just leave it alone guys.
- Timmy's now 6-7 from the field, and there's Thomas off the dribble again travelling. Just play right into the Spurs' hands, why don'tcha. Parker with the and-1 on the other end, Spurs cut the lead from 10 to 4 pretty quickly.
- Bad defense from Barbosa there, gambling for the steal on Parker. Why not use that "Brazilian Blur" crap to stay in front of him?
- Wow, great call by the official seeing Horry drag down Amare there. Usually the home team would get that call, but it would have been Amare's third so maybe that's why they made the correct call.
- Horry misses a three, doesn't he know it's not the fourth quarter yet?
- The Spurs are stupid, plain and simple. Duncan is on fire, and they aren't even letting him touch the ball on offense. Suns back up by 9.
- Good defensive possession for the Spurs, and Timmy has 14 and 10 already. Suns lead down to five.
- Duncan with a tough shot, there, and as Shaq would have said, "and the motherf---ing foul."
- Timmy again, cuts it to 1 before Amare makes a TOUGH shot while getting fouled. Yanks the free throw though.
- Steal by Manu and a bucket for Parker cuts it to one again, timeout Suns.
- Exciting end to the half, the Spurs end up leading by 2 after finishing the quarter on a 16-5 run. Even though the Suns gave away a 10-point lead, Nash hasn't scored yet, and I don't expect that to continue. Should be a good second half, 55-53 Spurs for now.

Although there may have been one or two questionable calls, The Spurs look like they maybe the most complete team in the playoffs. Tim Duncan is mister consistency as usual and the Spurs defense is looking really tough.
