Can the Warriors Bring It Back to Oakland?

Maybe this headline should read: Are the Jazz Going to Finish This Tonight? I mean, are we really just hours away from the Utah Jazz making the Western Conference Finals?

With all the Tracy McGrady insanity in the first round and Warriors Fever now, Utah has kind-of flown under the radar. Carlos Boozer is destroying the postseason (25 and 12!), Andrei Kirilenko's line goes like 15-7-4-4 for this series, and even foul-plagued Deron Williams is going 20-10 on the Warriors. Utah has been madness the past two weeks, yet all we can talk about is the possibly overdue death of the Golden State bandwagon.

That said, it's impossible to ignore lightning in a bottle. And when that lightning starts fizzle out, well it can make for some spectacular fireworks. If Games 1 and 2 were indictments of Nellieball's lack of poise and precision, Games 3 and 4 must've been the final throes of a dying star. The last explosions of life, as seen by Baron Davis' triple-gasp reel in Friday's second half... and the crushing meltdown seen as Warrior Passion caved in on itself Sunday. Golden State's run was fun, but the storybook as it goes says it's all over.

Add in the following: Utah is undefeated at home this postseason, and has won those five games by an average of 10.6 points. I do not see Utah being forced to submit in SLC.
