Jamario Moon has been relatively quiet about this year's Slam Dunk Contest. While we've already heard some pretty bold statements from Dwight Howard, Rudy Gay, and especially Gerald Green, Moon hasn't given us any indication of what to expect from him on All-Star Saturday night. That is, until now. Moon posted this little video as a tease of what he's planning for the contest, and from the looks of things, we're in for a special, special night.
Is it just me, or did those first two slams look like Moon was dunking on an eight-foot rim? He makes it look really easy, although there's nothing easy about that last one, he took off from about eighteen feet.

its a teaser not a preview of the dunk hes going to do. Moon is showing that he has some serious hops and add some creativity to that - look out.

The last dunk is a fake. There's a reason they moved the camera.

Or maybe they didn't want to give away a free throw jam for nothing, considering he actually has a contest to perform in?
And you can see him go through the air and net move on contact from the reflection on the floor. I'm not calling foul.

Is it just me or does he kind of look like Ron Artest in that initial close up?
And that aside, I think Moon is just doing his part to get his name in the pre-contest playoff buzz; he's the lesser known name out of all four guys right now obviously and needs the pub with the fans voting.

Ryne Nelson>>>nop i think u don't have speakers with you because joey graham moves the camera but you can see his foot taking off at the free throw line and you can hear his dunk

not only can you hear the dunk, but you can also see the reflection of the dunk itself on the bright spot on the floor. that dunk was not fake in any way. this is like my 5th time watching it after showing a bunch of friends, but this is my 1st time noticing the reflection. i had 2 people doubt it as well, now i will point out the reflection that is in perfect timing with the sound of the dunk. he was easily 2 steps behind the free throw line and guess what else...he did it with TWO HANDS!!!!
hopefully he will make it to the last round so that he can finish rudy gay off with this 50 pointer!
go you youtube and check out his top 10 dunks. he had a rebound against the spurs where he literally jumped out of the gym. he also has a dunk while he was with the globetrotters where he lifts himself up and sits on the rim. not much to do with hops but pretty impressive. wouldn't be surprised if he pulls is out in the contest.

THAT'S WAAAAAY FAKE...if you don't believe me, go grab a laptop and turn it upside down, and then watch the final dunk. he's just trying to get into that hype, that's cool, he's doing his part, I think the NBA's encouraging them to do so...anyways...even if he doesn't have very flashy dunks, he's got a chance to get to the final round by just MAKING both dunks on the first round...remember Chris Andersen..
