Today's Chris Bosh check-in arrives in the form of video, and not to sound like a starstruck fan, but it's great.

Bosh shot this video during some downtime in Beijing just before Sunday's U.S.-China basketball game, but his mind isn't solely on hoops. Bosh spends more time talking about how truly fortunate he feels to have his Olympic dreams come true, as well as his thoughts on the amazing story of U.S. flag bearer, Lopez Lomong.

It's an interesting and highly personal video delivered by one of sports' good guys. Check it out below.
