Rasheed Wallace Explains His New Tattoo

When I first got ready to watch this video, I figured Sheed would be telling us about some new ink on his arm, or you know, maybe even something smaller. (Like say, on his fingers.) But imagine my surprise when it turned out he went all DeShawn Stevenson on us, and decided to use his entire back as a canvas.
