In case you missed it, the last minute or so of Chicago's trip to Utah last night was some pretty entertaining basketball. It had a bit of everything: the Jazz trying to remain unbeaten at home, rookie Derrick Rose hitting two clutch buckets, and oh yeah: a buzzer-beating shot to win it.
It would have been too perfect I guess if Rose had been the one to win it, so good thing Larry Hughes was in the right place at the right time. Rose finished with 25 points and nine assists, and the Jazz came withing a single point of going to 7-0 at home, even though Deron Williams hasn't played there for the team once yet this season.

It was a really exciting game. I'm not even a fan of those teams and I still was on the edge of my seat. That's why the NBA is awesome.
Maybe we should show this game to the haters hockey fans lol

hockey fans??? you mean WWF on ice....it's been a long time since the game of hockey had the class, finesse and skill level of the Gretskys....now it's just sports version of Disneylands Goons on Parade....and they defend it like it takes some kind of athletics to blindside a player or highstick him...yup...athletics already, cheapshot masters...
as for the bulls game, this is a very interesting season, with Blazers putting on some great games, the Kings beating NO at home and giving the lakers a handful...and the Hawks....who knows where this year will end up...

As much as no one likes Larry Hughes, he did more than just "being in the right place at the right time." Great game.
