We have a feud! Charles Barkley has drawn the ire of another NBA superstar. Barkley responded to all the "Knicks in '10" talk surrounding LeBron James by telling The Chosen One to "shut the hell up." Barkley argued on TNT Thursday and on Dan Patrick's radio show that Barkley is annoyed by LeBron answering the questions as he did Tuesday at Madison Square Garden, being coy and not dismissing the Knicks outright or refusing to talk about the situation.Friday, reporters asked LeBron about Barkley's comments.
"He's stupid. That's all I've got to say about that."I'm guessing King James is getting dropped from Chuck's Five. But, hey, LeBron is absolutely right. James is playing this about as straight as he can. What exactly has LeBron said that's been so out of line? That July 1, 2010 will be a big day in the NBA? Of course it will be. And I appreciate the sentiment that we should all pay attention to the basketball in front of us, but it's impossible to ignore the coming NBA armageddon.
Think about how many teams will be affected on July 1, 2010. If there are 10 magnificent free agents, the entire league could very well have one of their own in flux, be in play for one, or be forced to adjust based on the moves of a rival. Sure, two titles will be decided before then -- and of course these are as important. The game isn't stopping for 29 teams. But seriously, is LeBron to ignore that 30th team? Give me a break.

Charles Barkley is really someone to be talking!
Well truthfully I am not a big Lebron James fan. With this situation though, I am on James' side. I think he is one of the most overhyped players in the NBA. This guy went to the finals got swept and his still hailed one of the greatest of all time. Everytime he talks, I wish he would shutup. He is like T.O. they have to have the spotlight all the time for stupid reasons. Usually I say shutup and quit crying but, this is interesting. I believe that he will be a great player over time. It will be interesting to see where he does go in 2010. I just think that it's ridiculous that he's the only one people are concerned about. there are other great players that will be eligible in 2010. If you talk about one talk about all. don't play the King James Kiss butt game. I do credit Barkley for telling him NO. It's a word he's probably never heard before and it's time he should. James grow up and play a man's game. Not this schoolyard crying crap. Barkley is not stupid, you are just indenial.
while Barkley may not be politically correct nor even accurate, he actually has a point this time. and for lebron to call him stupid just shows how overinflated his king-size head has become. and yes, no matter how you look at it, talking about a possible separation from your current team TWO years from now just because they can't afford you IS a bit disrespectful. and yes, it WILL boil down to money, in the end.
