FanHouse is coming to you live from Phoenix, covering the 2009 NBA All-Star weekend. PHOENIX -- LeBron James is only 24, but a lot of things he does off the court suggest he's decades more mature than his actual age would suggest. FanHouse was at the All-Star media zoo on Friday, and before the East players made their way in and got settled at their interview positions, LeBron quickly visited each of the East players' interview stations.
Why was he doing this? Because he had some presents to give out.
"It's like natural glass crystal," James said of the present you see pictured. Each "trophy" has all the players on the East squad labeled vertically on the surface. "I had 12 (made) and we had a few injuries, so I had to get two more late, so Mo Williams, my own teammate, doesn't have one yet and Jameer Nelson, (they) will be here tomorrow morning."
James said he did this because he likes to give stuff to people and doesn't expect or want anything in return. The glass, as you see here, is finished with the saying, "Congratulations! Your Friend LeBron."How much was this gesture? LeBron, being LeBron, just smiled when answering.
"They're nice, they're very nice presents. Very nice," he said with a grin.

LeBron will get a nice present on or before the trade deadline.A source within the Cavs organization is indicating a deal is in the works to bring Amare to Cleveland. And that Amare has stated he would be willing to sign a long term contract to stay with the Cavs. The major pieces the Cavs give up are Wally's expiring contract,JJ Hickson and this years 1st round pick.If this happens, and it's more probable than not now that Toronto and Miami have basically removed themselves with their own trades,it is lights out, party's over in the East.

Cavs would be a fool to mess up the team right now. Wally is a big reason why we are where we are right now. JJ will be a force in this leauge and for our team, when the Z man goes down. Don't mess with success.. Go CAVS...

Wally is a streak shooter who can not play D or create his own shot.Hickson is a project with potential but is undersized with a low basketball IQ.Our "success" has been very absent when playing the leagues elite teams.Beating up on lesser teams in the regular season and winning a best of 7 series against Boston or LA is 2 completely different animals.Amare gives us an inside presence that we sorely lack AND almost guarantees that we hang on to Bron in 2010.If traded,Wally most assuredly gets bought out and returns to the Cavs in 30 days, just like McDyess did with the Pistons.Basically,we would be trading JJ and a low round 1st for a 26 yr old All Star PF.Sorry, but anybody who doesn't like that deal is clueless.

I believe that LeBron James is on the "juice". No one at his age is that big. I'm willing to bet that if he were tested now that he would be positive for some "roid".

Seriously? 24 years old with 6 years of training in the NBA?
You really don't have the imagination to see how he could build up those muscles *without* juice? Sucks to be you.

My man Grover is a not too familiar with the new culture in sports. Did you see LJ in high school? He didn't get his training in the NBA.
He was big at 17. Check out the other 24 year olds in the league and tell me they don't train as hard as he does. Look at Kobe or KG and tell me that LJ works harder than they do. Open up the geezers, my man.
