The masks are used in what is traditionally called "praise and worship" dance. The masks are so the audience does not see the faces, but the expression of what the dancer is trying to convey to you through a message combination of song and dance as a high praise to GOD. The Jabberwokeez used this so you saw their dancing and not what they looked like. Nothing more, nothing less.
