Every night there are some stupendous, silly, stupid, or downright outlandish individual lines from around the "lig." Doing Lines lets you know which one tops the list.During the ABC pregame and halftime shows Sunday, the panel somehow argued that Tony Parker is underrated and should be mentioned in the same breaths as Chris Paul and Deron Williams. Later, it was decided that Williams is wildly overrated. I guess this makes Paul overrated, or something. I don't know. I'm confused.
All I know is that D-Will went off against the Raptors, offering up 25 points and nine assists. Sure, Parker also went big with 30 points and nine assists. But Parker had six turnovers. Williams offered just one.
Grown Man Action: (Homer alert.) Francisco Garcia has a broken finger. The starting job he won when John Salmons was traded in February has been taken away this week, with Andres Nocioni getting the nod. Sacramento came into Sunday 13-49, the worst team in the league by several games and one of two teams in the league eliminated from playoff contention.
Garcia is still playing, though. And playing well. Nineteen points on 6-8 shooting, with four rebounds, two assists, two blocks and a steal in 31 minutes, not to mention solid defense on Carmelo Anthony and Linas Kleiza. The Kings win, and Garcia deserves a drink or two.
Yuck: Philadelphia shot below 40% ... against the Thunder. OKC's locksmith line-up -- Kyle Weaver, Russell Westbrook and Thabo Sefolosha -- conspired to wreck the 76er attack, and Sefolosha is looking like he just might be the best player traded near the deadline this season.
