Shaq Calls LeBron's Intro 'Weak,' Makes Up One of His Own

PHOENIX -- By now you've probably seen what LeBron James and the rest of his Cavalier teammates are doing at the end of their pregame introductions. As shown there on the right, James pretends to hold a camera and take a picture of his teammates, who willingly pose in front of the team's superstar for their portrait.

It's been well-received, and some even say it's a gesture from LeBron to share some of the spotlight with his teammates. But Shaquille O'Neal calls the intro "weak," and made his first attempt at a better one before the Suns faced the Wizards on Saturday.

"Everybody always talks about LeBron's weak intro, so I challenge LeBron to intros," O'Neal said. "Alright? So he does his little camera thing, we did our bowling thing, we'll let the people decide. If he changes his intro, then I'm going to change my intro."

So whose do you like better? I'll give the edge to LeBron, just because his seems a little less contrived. But let's hope he does change it up so we can see more of what Shaq might have to offer, because he says the ideas are limitless.

"I've got 100 million intros in my abdulla oblongata," O'Neal said.

Brett- I see you have at least three new posts on Fanhouse, all of which are on the Phoenix Suns. However, it appears that your move to Phoenix (aka the Great Ashtray) was mistimed. I don't know if it was necessitated by your entry into the witness protection program (as you changed your name at the same time), but Phoenix has now become completely irrelevant (at least in terms of the NBA). Their chances of making the playoffs are slim and none, and when last seen, slim was getting ready to leave town. And next year both Shaq and Nash are another year older, slower and more injury prone. So you may want to consider a move to another locale which may have more relevance in the NBA in coming years.
In addition to the obvious choices of Los Angeles, Cleveland (assuming it hangs onto LaBron), and Orlando, other possibilities include Portland and Salt Lake City. However, don't make the mistake of moving to Boston or San Antonio, as they suffer from the same age-related problems as Phoenix, and unless someone locates the true fountain of youth in the near future, those cities will similarly become irrelevant to the NBA landscape within the next year or two.

Lebron is just an over grown child and his mind has yet not reached his physical ability. I believe it never will. with This being his downfall most of lebron's antics
have same theme of immaturity. He has no corisma, no personality. being robot like off and on the court.
He copied KG's powder fly pregame move. He is a terrible actor when flopping, pretends to be mortally injured too many times. He is worse than FIFA soccor players then gets right up with in seconds and continue to play hard. he is a big show off too. Lebron plays with all his power all the time. This will soon catch up with him in way of injuries. This year alone he is projected to run out of gas in the playoffs. NBA season is a grueling marathon and lebron is acting like a sprinter.

Shaq is much cooler
he is a big power too and has been playing consistently for nearly two decades.

Why don't you try doing something on the court to make some ink? I hope when you meet up with the Cavs (probably next season) Lebron does have a little pitty on you and does not make you look like more of a bafoon than you really are....
