For the second time this season, a player was ejected for his involvement in an incident with the Suns' Lou Amundson. And for the second time this season, the resulting penalty is a two-game suspension.Denver's Nene received his suspension for head-butting and then elbowing Amundson to the floor, during the fourth quarter of the Nuggets' loss to the Suns on Monday. The offense didn't seem as severe as when Zach Randolph punched Amundson in the face, but the report from the commissioner's office said that Nene made contact with an official, which could have gotten him an additional game.
You can see it for yourself in the following video clip, at about the 1:30 mark. What do you think, was two games for this too many, too few, or just right?

The ref walked up and "chested" him, not the other way around. I say suspend Amundson...his flopping is out of control.

We should have the best refs at the NBA level but, sadly, it is not the case. They constantly get swayed by theatrics and flopping. The issue with Nene is a case in point. His opponent was obviously instigating a confrontation and then flopped when Nene brought down his arm. As far as contact with an official......please...look at the video......if they touched it was totally incidental and probably caused by the official in question. No suspension should have occured at all.
