NBA Guide gives you a daily look at all the games that matter ... and some that don't. Orlando at Miami, 7:30 PM ET
Dwyane Wade has had plenty of big scoring nights against the Orlando Magic, including a 50-spot against them earlier this season. Will it continue tonight? Probably -- in his last six games against Orlando, Wade is averaging over 37 points per game.
Of course, Wade having a big scoring night doesn't guarantee that his team will end up with a victory, especially against an Orlando team that has beaten the Heat in 11 of the last 12 meetings.
If D. Wade versus Dwight Howard doesn't do it for you, then at least flip on League Pass at halftime, because that's when the Heat will have a jersey retirement ceremony for Alonzo Mourning. Tears all around, I'm sure.
Milwaukee at New Jersey, 7:30 PM ET
Charlie Villanueva is promising a big game from him and his teammates tonight, and against the Nets, it might not be too tough to deliver. The Nets are without Devin Harris, and are coming off of a loss against a Timberwolves team who was without Al Jefferson and Randy Foye.
But it's not like the Bucks are all that great themselves. They're currently riding a five-game losing streak, and their only win in their last eight was against ... the Celtics? Yeah. Anyway, if Milwaukee is going to win, it's likely going to involve a strong game from Villanueava, so unless you;re a Nets' fan, might as well root for the Bucks. For Twitter's sake.
New York at Utah, 9PM ET
The Jazz seemed to struggle with the uptempo style of the Suns, but they should be used to it by now after having to deal with it for two straight games. The Knicks are going to do the same thing: try to score as much as possible, without giving a damn how much you score right back.
Utah's won 14 in a row at home, so the outcome probably won't be all that surprising. But you could watch to see Eddy Curry slowly make his way back into the rotation for the Knicks, which should be at least a little bit interesting, right?
Memphis at Golden State, 10:30PM ET
