NBA Guide gives you a daily look at all the games that matter ... and some that don't. Chicago at Detroit, 7:30PM ET
The hot Bulls visit Detroit with potentially the No. 6 seed on the line. Chicago might be playing with house money now, but you have to believe the Pistons dearly want to draw Orlando (the likely No. 3) instead of Boston or Cleveland. Matt Watson will be at the Palace; follow his live dispatches on Twitter.
New Orleans at Houston, 8:30 PM ET
The Rockets remain locked with the Spurs and Blazers for the No. 3 seed; Denver's only a game ahead, but the No. 2 seed hardly seems in play given the Nuggets' Monday opponent (see below). The Rockets need a win.
The Hornets find themselves in the West's other playoff cluster, chilling with the Mavericks and Jazz. A Sunday win over Dallas gave the Hornets a one-game advantage over the Mavs that a loss in Houston would erase. Yao Ming has been cleared for duty after a game off over the weekend.
Minnesota at Dallas, 8:30 PM ET
Sacramento at Denver, 9 PM ET
L.A. Clippers at Utah, 9 PM ET
Oklahoma City at Portland, 10 PM ET
San Antonio at Golden State, 10:30 PM
The rest of the West playoff teams (except for the idle Lakers) have weak opponents and should earn wins. Of course, Utah should have beat Golden State at home on Saturday. And San Antonio should not have needed help from the zebras in Sacramento Sunday night. Anything is possible.
Cleveland at Indiana, 7 PM ET
Toronto at Washington, 7 PM ET
Charlotte at New Jersey, 7:30 PM ET
Orlando at Milwaukee, 8 PM ET
Memphis at Phoenix, 10 PM ET
