By now, you've probably seen the play from Game 2 of the Western Conference Finals, where Chauncey Billups inbounded the ball to himself off of Kobe Bryant's back, and got himself an easy layup because of it. Crafty move by a cagey veteran, and a play that you almost never see in a real game, much less at this stage of the playoffs, right?Actually, that's wrong. Because we saw the same thing happen back in February, and it once again happened to Kobe -- courtesy of Chris Paul.

The lakers are going to make this series tough as lont as Fisher continues to get minutes. Shannon Brown and Farmar can provide so much more on both ends of the floor. Fisher is simply a liability but i know he is phil jackson's boy so it makes it tough.
Billups and the Nuggets have gotten over the hump they are going to beat the Lakers in 6. Kobe might as well start crying again. Oops!! I forgot he cries on every play already.
Lakers have unfortunately grooved two patterns that will kill them in this series. 1. they have signicant defensives lapses for long periods of time. 2. they have the habit ingrained now, and being taken advantage of by other teams...that they will blow a double digit lead regularly...instead of increasing it.
both patterns showed up in the first two series, both almost killed them and it was only the absence of the other team being a true threat that saved them...but the Nuggets are better than that and it won't be that the Nuggets beat them, it will be that the Lakers will beat themselves...
