Know nothing about Ricky Rubio, but can someone enlighten me on the difference between Blake Griffin and some of the other similar big forwards taken in the past... Elton Brand, Emeka Okafur.. I can't remember the rest off the top of my head. But these guy are neither true centers nor power forwards with range outside the paint. Griffin isn't going to turn a franchise around... he was good in the NCAA tournament but not exceptional. He seems to be a 14 ppg- 9 rpg type of guy who would be a solid complement to a good center and good shooting forward, but #1 overall ?? Anybody make the case for this guy ??? Thanks.
