We've all been there. The drive-thru order isn't ready, and won't be for several minutes. We're told to "go park over there," and someone will bring it right out to us. Most of us mutter a few swear words, and sit sullenly in our vehicle while impatiently waiting for the unhealthy (but satiating) payoff. But not Delonte West.
No, Delonte's apparently got nothin' but time on his hands, so he's more than happy to wait 18 minutes for his KFC order to arrive. And lucky for us, he decided to pass the time with a friend by busting a freestyle in the front seat of his car, while a video camera mounted on the dashboard caught all the action.

I have a bad feeling that this video was not intended to be leaked onto the internet. The fact that Cavs.com linked this article is a disgrace. Bad taste by Delonte to either be high, or use that type of language in front of a rolling camera when it was obvious this type of content would land on the internet to be viewed by millions of his fans. Way to go!

This was really funny in a laidback sort of way. Anyone who thinks this is some drunk or high basketball player cursing for attention is really narrow-minded. You can see dude's personality come across through how he plays. There's shades of gray in the community, it's not immoral decadent foul mouth here, role model community leader there. He comes across as one of the good guys, that's just the way kids talk in his neighborhood. I definitely move him up on my favorite players list.
