Former NBA All-Star Gary Payton became "The Glove" when he starred for the Seattle Suppersonics alongside Shawn 'The Rainman' Kemp and many other great players. But this coming NBA season will be the second year in a row that Seattle won't have an NBA team, leaving many fans disappointed. In this exclusive FanHouse video, Payton tells us what he's doing to bring back an NBA team to the city he loves so much. We also ask Gary about his intensity as a player, which is rarely seen in today's NBA.

If the Milwaukee Bucks, or whomever, were the move to Seattle, they would take over the, by default, largest market in the pitiful NorthWest Division. Hate the earring, but good luck getting a team for Nate Robinson to star on, Payton.
Well, Seattle lost the NBA thanks to the 2 liberals that has make Seattle look like a circus act!
First Mayor Greg Nickels, who in 2007 make an empty promise to keep the NBA in Seattle and spend tax payers money in federal courts trying to keep the team to the lease until 2010. Then, he got buy out by Clay Bennett of the OKC Thunders for half of what he spend in the keep the NBA in Seattle efforts. Thanks to the Seattle NBA fans for letting go this bad mayor!
Second, WA State Governor Christine Gregoire for simply telling the NBA, we are not interested in NBA, but we love the Huskies! Has she forgot that her residence is in Olympia and that is halfway between Portland OR and Seattle WA? But her so called attempt to refurbish the Key Arena fell off because she only came with the idea like 1 week before the WA State Legislature was going off for the year.
In WA State, the Legislature only works in the Winter for 3 months, yet they get a 12 month salary. But there is no money to fix Key Arena!
