Dwight HowardMagic center Dwight Howard may have decided Wednesday night on what costume he will wear Halloween night.

He might be the biggest pirate ever to go trick-or-treating.

Howard got poked in the right eye by Solomon Jones late in Wednesday night's victory over the Indiana Pacers, giving the Magic a brief scare until his vision cleared.

Howard remained in the game for three more minutes, but his eye was bloodshot in the locker room after the game.

"I might have to wear a patch. Call me `Patch Howard,''' he said, adding in a pirate voice, "Arrrrrgh, matey.''

Howard also suggested he might start wearing goggles, like former Magic player Bo Outlaw, or even a facemask like the one worn last season by former Magic player Courtney Lee.

Howard assured everyone after the game that his right eye wasn't as bad as it looked, but he also told reporters that he couldn't see for a brief time on the court.

"It was pretty bad for awhile. It was blacking out while I was on the court,'' he said. "I was trying to tell coach I couldn't see, but I wanted to finish out until he could get a sub in the game.''

"I'll be fine,'' he said.
