Video: Roger Mason Jr. Stars in 'The Buzzer Beater'

As more and more NBA players work to expand their personal brand, the use of videos that they hope will go "viral" seems to be the easiest way to do so. Steve Nash is an example of someone who's been exceptionally busy with the camera this season, and now we have this little ditty showcasing the comedic stylings of the lesser-known San Antonio Spur, Roger Mason Jr.



This one came across as more silly than funny, but you get the idea.

Any attempt by an athlete to show fans his or her funny side is appreciated, so let's applaud the effort here. Playing off of Mason's reputation for late-game heroics was the way to go, and since these videos will likely only get funnier in the future, I say keep 'em coming.
