Dancing to the New Busta Rhymes Song

Here is a video of me doing the dance to the new Busta Rhymes song 'Arab Money.'

While doing a radio interview today at Toronto's FLOW 93.5 FM (www.flow935.com ), we watched a YouTube video of Busta Rhymes showing off his new dance.

I then decided to do my best Busta Rhymes imitation to his new song!

Hilarious stuff!

Chris Bosh: Excited to Start the Season and Working on His Next Video

Back from Beijing and into the Raptors' training camp, Chris Bosh checks in with another post, as relayed by FanHouse's Brett Edwards.

I'm sitting here thinking of how to make my next video as funny as possible. We're in Cleveland now because we have our first pre-season game tomorrow. I can't believe I have another game! It came so fast and it seems like it was yesterday when I had a jersey with USA on the front. I'm ready to start playing again though. I think playing this summer with the National team has really helped my game because I feel like I'm in the best shape of my life. I had to get used to shooting the ball again, but that wasn't hard for me to pick back up.

Anyway, like I was saying. I'm in the creative process for my next video for me and Baron's competition. I have no idea what he's going to do, but I think it's going to be funny so I have to make sure I bring it. There's a little pressure on me because Baron's videos are good and I'm kind of competing with myself too because of my own videos from the past. I'm confident though. I think I'm going to start filming next week and edit it the week after so it will be in motion very soon. I wish I could tell everyone what it's going to be, but I have to keep my secret safe... Plus Baron might be reading and watching.

Chris Bosh Playin' a Little Guitar Hero

Here we have Chris Bosh enjoying some down time by just hanging out and playing a little Guitar Hero. (Actually, I think it might be Rock Band by virtue of the drum controller kit on the floor there, but I digress.) To me, it appears that either Chris is concentrating a bit too hard on his performance, or that he's just not that into the Beastie Boys. Rock out a little, my man, that's the whole point of the game!

Chris Bosh Models Raptors' New Black Jersey

Chris Bosh gives us a sneak peek at the Raptors' new black jerseys that they'll be wearing this year, and I have to say, they look pretty stylish. We also get a look at (I think) every incarnation of the team's uniform over the years. Did those jerseys from 1995 really exist?

Don't Ask to See Chris Bosh's Medal

Chris BoshBack from Beijing and on the eve of the Raptors' training camp, Chris Bosh checks in with another post, as relayed by FanHouse's Matt Watson.

I know it's been a little while, but I'm back on the written blogs! So much has happened since being back from the Olympics and time has really flown by. I'm back in Toronto now, getting back in shape and I'm glad to be here. I'm getting everything settled at my house and at the Air Canada Centre so I've been kind of busy.

I'm still riding the gold medal wave right now and people tell me congratulations all the time. For some reason, everywhere I go (and I mean everywhere) people ask me to see it. I don't know if they're serious, but I always tell them I keep it safe at home, which I really do. I guess some athletes keep it with them at all times and that's understandable. I just want to keep mine where I always know it will be.

Chris Bosh in 'A New York Minute' and Other XBox 360 Minutia

Would you like to know why being an NBA superstar/Chris Bosh is awesome? It's because money, ladies, fame aside, you get to shed all reasons for concern that come with singing in public on the camera and just let loose with a belting rendition of "New York, New York". And then you get to point out that your life is awesome and that you ball out all day on the XBox 360. So, yeah, basically like my life four years ago minus the money, females and fame.
In super fairness to Bosh too, he has no idea what he's doing today. Which, frankly, is awesome. I wake up in the morning and know what I'll be doing all day. And while I might enjoy it, I don't have a whole hell of a lot of choice about what's gonna happen. CB4? He's got choices, son.

Smitch: I'll Stop Cursing. Raps: Yeah, Right.

Toronto's Sam Mitchell makes a bold promise to Doug Smith of the Toronto Star (via SbB):
In a never-ending quest for self-improvement, Sam Mitchell swears that he will swear no more and points to two months of profanity-free living as proof. Those, however, were two summer months with spent mainly with his wife and four daughters; a much sterner test of his willpower comes with the onset of the NBA season and the Raptor coach knows it.

"Now, I haven't had Kris Humphries on the court yet, I haven't had Jamario (Moon) yet," Mitchell joked yesterday. "Those are going to be my tests."
This has to be a joke, either by Smitch or Smith. Mitchell hasn't been able to keep himself from cursing in front of the media the past few years. How will he control his quick tongue in practice, on the sidelines, or in the locker room? There's no chance this promise lasts the week, let alone eternally.

But fret not, Smitch: no NBA coach can go a year without dropping some F-bombs. New Bulls chief Vinny Del Negro might be our best bet. But of course, that ignores the circumstance of 1) running out a rookie PG, 2) being subjected to the body hair of Drew Gooden in the showers, and 3) working for Jerry Reinsdorf.

NBA Top 50: Chris Bosh (No. 11)

FanHouse's Tom Ziller argues his ranking of the
top 50 players in the NBA.

Praise be to Bryan Colangelo and Sam Mitchell in turning what had been a sad club into an Eastern contender over the last three years. But harken back to the depths, Toronto's basketball low point: the middle of the 2004-05 season, when Vince Carter sewed himself into a bum suit and the Raps sold him to New Jersey for quite literally nothing. At the time, Chris Bosh was a 20-year-old buck working on building a nascent career of dope 12-foot post moves and slippery activity on the boards. Four years later, today, with Toronto on the precipice of a potential conference finals run, what has changed most in the franchise? It's Bosh, who has asserted himself as one of the biggest stars of today's NBA.

NBA Essentials: The Long 'Goodbye Dirk' Tour

NBA Essentials ranks our six favorite stories of the day.

1. Ft. Worth Star-Telegram. Dirk follows Shaq's lead, announces his retirement date a few years ahead of time.

2. San Jose Mercury News. Chris Mullin doesn't seem at all mad at Monta Ellis. Turns out Mully is a Vespa enthusiast too.

3. Sacramento Bee. Randy Brown tried to punk Kevin Martin. It would have been a good one.

4. Indy Cornrows. Making the case for bringing Mike Dunleavy Jr. -- possibly Indiana's best scorer -- off the bench.

5. Blazers Edge. How trade sausage is made.

6. Toronto Star. The new Raptors road alts are pretty hot. Every fanbase wants black jerseys.

Quiet on the Set! Baron Davis Is Behind the Scenes With Chris Bosh

Here's Baron Davis (very quietly) providing commentary behind the scenes while Chris Bosh is on camera filming an upcoming commercial for ESPN. I don't know about you, but things seem awfully serious. Baron and Chris know a thing or two about viral videos, maybe the director should loosen up and turn things over to them.
